Theresa Fleck, EdD, CFRE, CAE, CNP

Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Admissions

Theresa L. Fleck, EdD, CFRE, CAE, CNP currently serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement & Admissions at Logan University. In this position she oversees the development, marketing & communications, admissions, financial aid, alumni relations, university special events, and continuing education departments. A nonprofit and higher education professional since 2001, Dr. Fleck has extensive experience serving as a cross-functional leader and strategist, creating teams that pursue institutional vision and mission, pioneering strategies and implementing processes for a wide range of organizational needs.

Dr. Fleck earned her doctorate degree in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the St. Louis Council of Charitable Gift Planners. She has spoken regionally at professional development sessions for the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, Grant Professionals Association, and both the Rhode Island and Greater St. Louis Chapters of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and nationally for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She currently serves as the immediate past president of AFP St. Louis and is a former board member of AFP Rhode Island.
